Suppose I fork a repository and make changes to it. I realize after a few days the orginial repo (master) has been updated with new files. How do I update my forked repository to reflect the changes made in the original repo?

I'm currently querying for language:java sort=stars but (a) there are a bunch of repositories which don't really contain code but rather tutorials or other documentation and (b) some of the projects have very few commits, as little as 2.
