beefsalad: no, first you fork https://github.com/chotaire/automat-testing2 - then you create a new branch (use the drop down and enter a new name, it will give you an option to create it), then do a commit in that branch (e.g. edit the README.md and change something) and then you should be able to see the big green Create Pull Request button
