Is there a way to make github do archives correctly?

otoh, tagging 1.0.3 makes the top directory correct, but the archive is named 1.0.3.tar.gz - not good.

when I tag a release pymilter-1.0.3, github makes an archive named pymilter-1.0.3.tar.gz - good. But the top directory is then named pymilter-pymilter-1.0.3.
