+ [2020-01-20T09:23:07Z] no_gravity Not every GitHub repos has a "issues" tab?
+ [2020-01-20T09:57:14Z] sbeyer no_gravity: wikis, issues, sponsorships and projects are optional, can be enabled/disabled in project settings
+ [2020-01-20T09:57:32Z] sbeyer no_gravity: I guess that you especially deactivate issues on GitHub if you are using another issue tracker
+ [2020-01-20T20:42:42Z] fargos Is there something wrong with using the webinterface to change a file? A made a fork and changed one file, but the "Preview changes" button does nothing when clicked and the "Commit changes" button is grayed out...

Like I said before, if you do account sharing to circumvent free usage limits, you are violating the TOS and can lose your account at any time, and might face legal issues over it.

+ [2020-01-21T11:38:53Z] odinsbane It seems do-able with issues, but that seems to be something of a hack.
+ [2020-01-21T11:45:55Z] nedbat odinsbane: why don't you want them in the repo?
