We run hundreds of hive queries and before we run the query, we download the query file from master branch on github using the api. however, we are not getting rate limited. We were thinking of moving the files to s3 after code gets merged into master, but cannot find a webhook for that

lillian: binaries don't go in the repo. Branching models have nothing to do with cross-platformness
