running jekyll build manually seems to work fine

"jekyll_1 | Regenerating: 1 file(s) changed at 2015-08-10 17:55:45 ...done in 2.785866943 seconds." is the message it gives, so it should be good, but the generated site directory doesn't change

hey, I'm running into a somewhat odd issue with jekyll build --watch on 2.5.3 through the jekyll/stable docker image. it's properly notified of file system changes and says to be rebuilding the site, but it doesn't seem to actually build/change anything
