I did find some files called ~lambdas.json deep in the guts of a dependency but I'm not sure how to relate that fact to anything else

When I try to run `jekyll serve` I'm getting an error "Error: user lambdas.json doesn't exist" googling for this all I find is some broken links to irc logs. I'm not really sure where to go from here...
