miklb: just realized the files seem to be referencing the root directory of my computer, but as it turns out, when I put it on a web server, it shouldn't make the difference

is there anyway I can tell jekyll to ignore permalinks for certain files? jekyll serve gives me a proper website, but when I actually take the built html directory and open it up manually, all the css/javascript file links are off

hi, is there anyway I can change the folder in which jekyll builds my website? change it from _site to something else?
