I have already done that unfortunately. It looks like it might have been possible if I still had the original repo on my laptop, but with that also being gone, its forever lost. :(

I deleted the branch within the Github Enterprise web interface. Then removed the repo on my laptop after copying the necessary files over.

I deleted a branch under the impression that it wasn't useful anymore, while also simultaneously deleting the repo on my laptop. Come to find out, I still need it. :/

Does anyone know of a way to restore a deleted branch on a user-forked repository?
