Is there a supported way to change TLS certificate for GitHub Enterprise Server over SSH or some other non-interactive manner that can be automated? (Let's Encrypt is not an option)

Now the process seems to be: the user must login first (otherwise GitHub account will not exist); then they must be manually added to organization; then within 60 minutes the LDAP-sync will sync teams

Is there a way to automate user creation when using LDAP in GHES? We'd like a user to become member of an organization and a team automatically when they're added to a certain group in LDAP
