does github integrations feature allow an integrated application to authenticate with a single global key/token authentication rather than requiring separate keys be registered with each customer who wants to "authorize" the application?

I think it's possible by having my app offer to register as an OAuth Application, so that it can then call the API's to create itself as an integration.
