raldu_: Right, that's where composing a new blog post becomes difficult, I'll have to manage uploading photos manually and separately from writing the content, so I was wondering how others do it. (FWIW, it is a blog migrated from Wordpress to Jekyll, and hence this situation.)

Hi, is there a recommended pattern on how to manage a Jekyll Git repo with lots of photos that go along with the blog? The photos add up to ~900MB for me and the text content is just ~15MB... all in one single Git repo. I was wondering how do other people manage this?
