is there a way to create a release tag so it is annotated? apparently those tags which github ui creates while creating a release aren't annotated tags :-/

spudowiar: I have defined some encrypted vars in .travis.yml but apparently (and rightfully, security hazard) those are not in effect when running tests of PRs from clones
