From a bit more research, it looks like jekyll-assets won't work for me, since it doesn't process any assets that aren't explicitly referenced. That's a shame.

Hey, I'm trying to use jekyll-assets, and while I realize this is not the ideal place to ask questions, I hope at least someone here has used it. Is there any way to a) include the CDN prefix in the image-url SASS helper and b) not include the ridiculous hash on the end of the generated filenames?
