Good Morning! Does GH allow users to report security problems against a project privately?

It seems github allows non-fast-forward pushes. How can I disable those?

Is there some way to link to a specific version of file? E.g. I want to link to current version of https://github.com/docker-library/mysql/blob/master/5.7/docker-entrypoint.sh and the link should always show the same file even if someone pushes something new

I just forked a public repository. Is there any risk that I might lose access to that repo now? E.g. when the one I forked it from is deleted or so?

I'm using github to manage my code base. My server should always have the latest version of a branch checked out. Can github send some kind of event to my server every time someone pushes to my repo so that the server can update?
