Sorry, I misunderstood - I'm all set, build -f works fine for me - but "all it takes is a build or serve" after deleting the output folder doesn't seem true for me, I need a -f as you describe earlier

hm, it doesn't for me - I have to do a full rebuild (part of the site comes back, but not the whole thing)

Nice, thanks. Sometimes I remove the _site directory for no good reason - if I can remember not to do that I should be ok

Whoops, it was the incremental build feature - I deleted some files in the build manually and they weren't being regenerated

I upgraded 3.0.0.pre.beta2 and am seeing new behavior (serves be right of course) - where can I find docs for this version? Specifically I'm seeing files in my site root not being built.
