i also saw that "gem update --system 2.3.0" helped, tried that, again no change to output of `jekyll serve`

aside from the doge-worthy "cannot load such file" I have no idea what to do with this, and google searches haven't turned up anything useful besides "oh nvm I got it to work"

i've finally managed to install ruby on windows, get the devkit, get "bundle install" to work with the github-pages gem
