Hi, i ran 'jekyll new-theme' and now I want to use the css and default layout i put in there... how do i do that? I read something about making a gem, but i thought that is for sharing the theme, that's not what i want.

Is there any way to a) include the CDN prefix in the image-url SASS helper and b) not include the ridiculous hash on the end of the generated filenames?
