+ [2014-09-22T12:31:13Z] iamcarrico When deploying to "production", IMO, it is always better to deploy just the production files, and not have any chances of errors for builds on the server. It is just as easy, and safer, to build locally, and deploy that commit.

Nah, pretty easy - $5 on either Google cloud/DigitalOcean, install SSL certs and run jekyll, serve static with nginx
