Hi all, I am trying to use the Jekyll Doc Theme from http://idratherbewriting.com/documentation-theme-jekyll/, however, I seem to not realize how I should change my index.html file which opens by default when pointed to 127.0.0.1:400x. There's an index.md at the root of the doc theme directory, however, changing that doesn't generate a new index.html. Can you help me with ideas/pointers what to do next?

+ [2016-08-03T12:43:48Z] Takumo e.g. if I have a *page* called /foo.html which uses the layout "page" can I use liquid templating in it?
+ [2016-08-03T13:04:20Z] sdaugherty Takumo, pretty sure you can, am using it in some pages now.
+ [2016-08-03T13:05:09Z] Takumo hmm, my page isn't running the template code
+ [2016-08-03T13:05:12Z] Takumo its just outputting directly
