hmm, trying to figure out why (using kramdown) code blocks are not surrounded with <pre> tags, they all seem to be surrounded by <div class="highlighter-rogue"> tags. I could make these pre blocks, but would prefer to just use pre blcoks for this (not needing syntax highlighting)
